NAPLES, Fla. – Surety Construction is proud and honored to announce they were awarded the 2022 CBIA Sand Dollar Award for Best Commercial Remodel for Hammer and Nails Grooming for Guys in the Under $1,000,000 category.
Hammer and Nails Grooming for Guys is a new and novel concept of a men’s grooming facility located in Naples, Florida. In its previous life the space was a beauty salon. During the remodel it was transformed into a work of art – with a “masculine” color palette of dark walnut paneling, dark chocolate furniture, gray walls, polished concrete floors and a mixture of nickel fixtures and pendants.
When you walk into the reception area you know you’re in for a treat. There are seven wash/cut chairs, six manicure/pedicure chairs, and a beard grooming room. While you wait you can hang out in the stylish lounge area with beer, wine, and coffee available as you watch two huge TV’s. New lighting was installed throughout the space, along with new HVAC, walls, interior doors, an office, two restrooms, a breakroom and a clean room with washer and dryer.
This was a great accomplishment for Surety Construction and we couldn’t be more proud of each member of our team for their exceptional work.
