With decades of solid experience in the many aspects of commercial and residential construction, the Principals of Surety Construction together offer a multitude of talent and expertise. For this very reason, Surety Construction has the ability and knowledge to provide construction and management services for a variety of projects.

In 1979, David Kelly began Surety Construction with the idea that the company would deliver exceptional work according to plan, within budget and on time. Since then, his son, Terry Kelly, has taken the helm, along with Herb Hill, Jeff Turner and Cindy Floyd. This talented group of professionals together offer clients expertise in design build, construction management and general contract services. With such a wide range of expertise, Surety Construction’s team has the ability to create and build spaces for a spectrum of needs.

They believe in total quality management, and working as a team with their clients and subcontractors to ensure the highest level of excellence for each and every project. They have a no-nonsense philosophy, so when their clients get a budget for a project, they know Surety Construction honors that budget and construction schedule.
